"I thank the judiciary for the decision. We always knew that the journey is long but we will go till the end to get justice for my child and all other children who might be vulnerable," Pradyuman's father Varun Thakur said.
On Wednesday, the JJB had rejected the petition filed by the juvenile's family to treat the accused as minor till the time chargesheet is filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in this case.
The top court said the involvement of Ryan Pinto, Grace Pinto and Augustine Francis Pinto, the three top trustees of school, in the crime cannot be established until and unless there was some substantial evidence against them.

The development comes a day after accused Ashok Kumar was released from jail after Gurugram court granted him bail.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday told a Gurugram court that no incriminating evidence has been found against bus conductor Ashok Kumar.

A Gurugram court on Wednesday sent Class XI student of Ryan International School, arrested in connection with the murder of his schoolmate Pradyuman Thakur, to three-day CBI custody.
CBI today said that it has apprehended a Class XI student in connection with the killing of seven-year-old Pradyuman in Gurgaon's Ryan International School.
Seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur was found dead inside a toilet of Gurgaon school with his throat slit on September 8.
Pradhuman, a class two student of the school, was brutally murdered in the school toilet with his throat slit, within sometime of his father having dropped him.
Pradyuman Thakur was found dead with his throat slit inside the school's washroom, within an hour after his father dropped him. Police alleged that school bus conductor, Ashok Kumar, 42, killed him.
Pradhuman Thakur, a Class 2 student, was found dead with his throat slit in a toilet of the school on September 8. Kumar was arrested the same day for allegedly killing the child.
The high court has also issued a notice to the Haryana government asking for a reply in the matter. The court has adjourned hearing till September 25.
