Police encounter at Delhi's Vivek Vihar, one gunned down, one injured
An eight-year-old kid died after being hit in the head by a bullet during what has been termed by the police as an ‘encounter’ that took place in Mathura’s Mohanpura village Wednesday evening.
A police sub-inspector (SI) was killed and Special Police Officer (SPO) injured in a militant attack on a police party in Zakura area of Srinagar on November 17.
Anandpal, who carried a reward of Rs 5 lakh on his head, had taken a shelter in a house near a highway when he was killed by the police in an exchange of fire in Churu district on June 24
Two women Naxals were today gunned down in a fierce encounter with police at a forest in Chhattisgarh's Narayanpur district, an official said.
