The veteran of 124 Tests said there was no need for the PCB to "beg" the BCCI for bilateral matches.
According to the 2014 agreement, India was scheduled to play six series against Pakistan, four of them were going to be Pakistan's home series.
PCB chief had made the announcement about Pakistan hosting the Asia Emerging Nations Cup in April when Sri Lanka came to Lahore to play the lone T20 match on October 29.

The PCB had suspended three other players, Muhammad Irfan, Shahzaib Hasan and Muhammad Nawaz in the PSL case.
PCB Chairman Najam Sethi announced this week that it would file a compensation claim before the ICC disputes resolution committee in January, 2018.
Sethi said once the compensation claim is filed it will have some effect on the ICC's Future Tour Programme.
Zaka also lashed out at the PCB and said the board's mishandling of players have ruined many cricketers' careers.
Sethi said the West Indies would come to Pakistan for the next five years each year and Pakistan will go to the USA each year in return.
