The air pollution condition has worsened in Delhi as AQI has crossed 'poor' levels. The worsening air quality has prompted the enforcement of Stage II of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in the national capital, which enforces a ban on the use of coal, firewood, and diesel generators.
New Delhi, Apr 12: Defending the decision to hike parking rates in the capital, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today said people buying high-end cars can afford to pay more money for parking their vehicles.
