Karachi last hosted an international game in 2009 when Sri Lanka played a Test match before an attack by gunmen on its team bus in Lahore shut the door on international cricket in Pakistan.
All the three uncapped players, left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi, all-rounder Hussain Talat and hard-hitting batsman Asif Ali performed impressively in the third edition of Pakistan Super League that concluded on Sunday with the final in Karachi.
The matches will be played on April 1, 2 and 4 at the newly renovated National Stadium, which will also host Pakistan's Super League final on March 25.
Pakistan have also agreed to take part in a tri-series in Florida and Houston in August involving the West Indies and Bangladesh.
