An England Test star has been hit for the most expensive over in the history of the County Championship. Recently England spinner Shoaib Bashir conceded 38 runs in an over during Worcestershire's clash against Surrey. Now an England and Sussex pacer has been hit for 43 runs in an over.
England have already lost the series despite winning the opening Test in Hyderabad. But with WTC points up for grabs, the visitors will be keen on making it 2-3 in the series. Ben Stokes has already opened up about putting up a fight in Dharamsala.
Mark Wood returned figures of 4/114 in the first innings of the Rajkot Test but went wicketless in the second innings and finished with figures of none for 46 in 10 overs in the second innings.
England are already trailing 2-1 in the series and considering to go back to their one-pacer approach for the fourth Test at the JSCA International Stadium in Ranchi. The visitors can rest both Mark Wood and James Anderson bringing in a new pacer, who has not played in the series so far.
