Okhla Constituency Result: Aam Aadmi Party's Amanatullah Khan won Okhla seat, defeating BJP candidate Braham Singh. Congress candidate Parvez Hashmi was also in the contest in the Okhla assembly constituency. Shaheen Bagh and Jamia Nagar fall under the Okhla constituency.
Okhla constituency: The constituency lacks basic amenities especially potable water and better roads and sewerage system. During the last five years the AAP government has provided potable water line to parts of the constituency but it lacks water supply from the Delhi Jal Board.
