Mehbooba Mufti remarks came a day after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) called for Yasin Malik, who was given a life sentence by a Delhi court in a terror funding case last year, to be executed.
These raids are part of the ongoing investigation being carried out into the terror funding case by the agency.
The searches were aimed at exposing links and conspiracies of the 10 already arrested accused and charge-sheeted in the case by the NIA Court.
J&K terror conspiracy case: "Investigations have revealed that the accused was passing on secret information, especially regarding the movement of troops and security forces, to the Pakistan-based Commander," said the NIA.
The Delhi branch of the NIA filed one of the two cases in 2021, and the Jammu branch of the NIA filed the other in 2022.
The accused had non-bailable arrest warrants issued against them by the NIA Delhi Court in a case related to the unlawful and violent activities of banned organizations in India.
The accused, Saheer KV, was absconding since the crime and was carrying a reward of Rs 4,00,000. An NIA Fugitive Tracking Team tracked him to a relative's house in Palakkad district and arrested him.
The NIA team has raided the houses of three people in Mudki, Talwandi, and Ferozepur. Apart from this, the houses were also raided in Bathinda, no one was allowed to go from outside or inside.
In a case involving the separatist and secessionist activities of the banned Jamaat-e-Islami, the NIA conducted searches at 16 locations in Jammu and Kashmir on May 4 as part of its ongoing crackdown on terror funding in Jammu and Kashmir.
These raids are part of the ongoing investigation being carried out into the terror funding case by the agency.
The raids are being carried out in Srinagar, Kulgam, Shopian, Anantnag and Kupwara districts in Kashmir while in Poonch, Kishtwar and Rajouri districts in Jammu.

In its application, the agency sought Bishnoi’s custody for seven days, claiming that he was required to be confronted with an arrested co-accused Deepak Ranga in the matter.
The MHA took the decision to hand over the case to the NIA following a meeting with UK representatives last week, the sources indicated.
