There are no new changes and the revised chapters on Mughal courts were removed last year, said Education Ministry sources.
As per the reports, the NCERT has removed the chapters and topics related to ‘Kings and Chronicles; the Mughal Courts (C. 16th and 17th centuries)’ from the history book.
The NCERT textbooks for all grades will be revised in accordance with National Curriculum Framework, officials said.
