Sethi said once the compensation claim is filed it will have some effect on the ICC's Future Tour Programme.
PCB chief Sethi said he would be talking to the South African and Bangladesh boards to come to Pakistan sometime in 2018 to play a short bilateral series.
Sethi pointed out that India had even refused to play the bilateral series on neutral venues as proposed by Pakistan.
Sethi revealed that he had spoken to Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah regarding the security situation of Karachi.
Several top Lankan players have expressed their reservations on travelling to the country, where the national team was attacked by terrorists in 2009.
PCB Chief, Najam Sethi told the media that the match was on even though the Sri Lankan Cricket (SLC) was due to meet in the next 24 hours to deliberate upon the issue.
PCB chairman pointed out that India claimed it had not got permission from its government to play with Pakistan in bilateral series but had played them in the ICC events.
Sethi insisted that although the three-match T20 series between Pakistan and World XI would not be a profitable venture, it would later help in uplifting their position.
Sharjeel, Khalid Latif and Shahzaib Hasan are facing charges for a number of breaches of the anti-corruption code of the PCB while playing for their respective teams in the PSL.
PCB Chairman, Najam Sethi said the Anti-Corruption Tribunal verdict is a vindication of board's policy of zero tolerance for corrupt practices.
The security team would try to find out whether Pakistan would manage to provide all the necessary security arrangements to the teams or not.
But Sethi made it clear that the PCB would be pursuing its compensation claim against the BCCI before the ICC disputes resolution committee.
Sethi said he hoped the planned World XI tour next month would pave the way for future competition in the country.
Najam Sethi will replace Shaharyar Khan, who quit because of health and personal reasons after completing his tenure.
