The official informed that they received a PCR call at 5.19 p.m. regarding the falling off a roof at Firni road, Mundka.

Lakra, a resident of Mundka village, resided on the top floor of the building and went absconding after the incident that claimed the lives of 27 people.
The FIR said police received information at 4.45 pm regarding the fire and 100 to 150 people were trapped inside.
Officials said it was a massive blaze and the bodies were charred to such an extent that it has become difficult to identify them.
A magistrate-level inquiry will also be initiated, the CM added.
Delhi Fire Service (DFS) officials said that it is suspected that an explosion in an AC may have triggered the fire.
The owner of the building has been identified as Manish Lakra who lived on the top floor. Lakra is currently absconding.
