"During investigation, police analysed footage from over 300 CCTVs and arrested the two persons," Deputy Commissioner of Police Vijayanta Arya said. Interrogation revealed that the accused used to target women, elderly people and illiterate persons.
New Delhi: Using ATMs to withdraw money or for other purposes like balance enquiry beyond five times in a month will attract a charge of Rs 20 per transaction.As per the Reserve Bank's new guidelines
