Head constables Manish Kumar (24), Nagendra Bhagor (26) and Prabhu Dayal (25) of ITBP's 29th battalion were arrested yesterday, Kondagaon district Superintendent of Police Abhishek Pallav said.
She claimed that she was not assisted till 45 minutes. She also said that she had made a call to the New Delhi railway police station but had not got any response.

Sachar , who was close to Asaram and had access to his 'kutia' or abode, deposed that he had seen Asaram molesting girls in his ashrams in 2003 in Pushkar (Rajasthan), Bhiwani (Haryana) and Ahmedabad (Gujarat).
According to a complaint filed by the professor, the official, who was in an inebriated condition, misbehaved with her and tried to pull her away from her car when she was returning to her hostel.
A complaint was filed on Friday against Ajay Kumar, a faculty member at the university's School of Social Sciences.
As per an FIR FIR filed on March 29, the air hostess said that she had met the accused at a five-star hotel in Bandra last year.
Following the arrest of the passenger, the airline stated that it does not tolerate abusive or unruly behaviour by passengers.
The journalist also claimed that when she, along with other media people, confronted Singh about the incident, he "denied (it) saying to my face that I was lying".
The taxi driver identified as Vivek initially denied the allegations but later confessed to the crime on Monday morning.
A cash reward of Rs 25,000 has been announced by the Delhi Police, who have also released a photograph of the accused.
"I was reading a book when the person sitting next to me started masturbating. He even tried to touch my waist a number of times," the victim said in her complaint.
"I'm grateful for the Indian authorities who acted so fast and the incredible support by all of you for sharing and offering kind words," the victim said in her post.
