The People's Conference party and the AAP filed a complaint with Mizoram Assembly Speaker Lalbiakzama on Monday, alleging that 16 Zoram People's Movement legislators violated House rules. The complaint asserts that these MLAs hold dual memberships in assembly committees, which is against the rules.
