The film has its focus on the issue of open defecation and sanitation problems in the country, told through the story of a slum boy who wants to build a toilet for his mother.
Mere Pyare Prime Minister will now release on March 8 in 2019 on the occasion of International Women's Day.
The 54-year-old director said that it is a story of a single-mother whose eight-year-old boy wants to build a toilet for her.
