A preliminary inquiry into an EMU train derailment at Mathura Junction station has found out that the incident was caused due to the negligence of a staffer who was busy on his mobile phone.
An EMU train -- Shakurbasti Mathura MEMU (04446) -- was derailed and rammed into a platform at the Mathura Junction when it was coming from Shakur Basti. The incident is being probed.

Mathura road accident: The car was travelling to Mathura from Baldeo town of the district, police said. Five people were injured and rushed to district hospital, where doctors declared four of them brought dead, Senior Superintendent of Police Shailesh kumar Pandey said.
