The minor’s father and grandfather have been arrested for allegedly wrongfully confining their family driver, luring him with cash and gifts and later threatening him to take the blame for the crash.
The trio caught hold of their classmate as soon as he came out of the exam hall and thrashed him. They also stabbed him, following which he was admitted to a local hospital.
The police also rescued three women, in the age group of 34 to 38, who worked at the spa. A case was also registered against the spa owner under relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code and the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.
The accused and his father tried to cover up the murder and they allegedly decomposed the body of the girl. The police arrested the father of the accused and further inquiry into the case is underway.
