According to the data shared by the city government's Health Department, the national capital's overall infection tally to 20,36,196 while the death toll has risen to 26,613.

The state has been reporting over 4,000 cases over the past three days. On Friday, Maharashtra reported 4,165 new cases and three deaths.

This is the second consecutive day of Maharashtra reported over 4,000 cases. On Wednesday, the state had logged 4,024 infections.
State capital Mumbai also reported a 38 per cent decline in fresh Covid cases Monday, as the metropolis recorded 1,118 new infections.
Mumbai, in the first ten days of June, reported almost double the number of cases it had reported in the entire May.
The health department stated that a single case of the Omicron B.A.5 variant was reported.
The state government had once again taken up measures like making masks mandatory, to curb the spread of the deadly virus.
