DRDO director Narendra Kumar Arya said, "The makeshift hospital at Awadh Shilpgram in Lucknow will be operational from Wednesday noon. The hospital has the capacity of 500 beds, including 150 ICU and 350 general beds which are also equipped with oxygen."
According to an official statement, the police arrested two persons, Karan Bharadwaj and Nekram, from near the Jankipuram crossing and seized a van with 115 oxygen cylinders on Tuesday evening.
Acting on a tip off, police arrested the accused, Vishnu and Vikas, for illegal trading of cylinders at their agency- Balaji Jeevan Dayani- n Kalyanpur locality in the Gudamba area.
