Delhi Police told the court that the conspirators had been hatching the plan for more than a year, they had recced Parliament twice, were in contact with one another through an app, and had reached Delhi three days before the act was committed.
The Delhi Police Special Cell has not been able to recreate the scene as the Parliament Winter Session is in progress. The police will take the arrested accused persons on the Parliament complex and recreate the scene to understand how they managed to breach the tight security.
How the accused plotted to storm the Lok Sabha ?
According to sources, accused Lalit Jha himself reached the Kartavya path in Delhi and surrendered before the police, who was after handed over to the Special Cell.
On Wednesday, two persons jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the visitors' gallery, shouted slogans and released coloured smoke from canisters that triggered panic and chaos in the House.
Those who have been sent to police custody are - Manoranjan D, Sagar Sharma, Neelam Azad and Anmol Shinde. This comes after they were produced to the Patiala House Court.
The Opposition Lok Sabha MPs who have been suspended include - Benny Behanan, VK Sreekandan, Mohammad Jawed, PR Natarajan, Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, K Subrahmanyam, S Venkatesan and Manickam Tagore.
Bhartruhari Mahtab, who was chairing the proceedings, suspended TN Prathapan, Hibi Eden, S Jothimani, Ramya Haridas and Dean Kuriakose for the rest of the session.

Wednesday's security lapse continued to rock the Parliament today as both Houses went through a tough time as the proceedings were repeatedly adjourned amid the Opposition's demand of statements from PM and the Home Ministers on the incident. A total of 14 MPs were suspended.
