The approval was made aiming to give more support to farmers in fetching essential Phosphatic and Potassic fertilisers.
Naveen Patnaik urged the Centre on Saturday to supply adequate fertilisers to the state as the farmers were facing shortages during the peak of the kharif cultivation period.
