The Indian Army is running a free school for children of Kashmir valley's Ramban district in Jammu and Kashmir amid the coronavirus lockdown.
The Union Health Ministry has classified only four districts, Bandipora, Srinagar, Shopian and Anantnag as red zone and one district, Pulwama as the green zone while all other five districts of Kashmir division, Kulgam, Shopian, Budgam, Ganderbal and Baramulla are classified as orange zone.
Addressing the media with Khan by his side, Trump said: "We are talking about Kashmir and in relation to what is going on with Pakistan and India and if we can help -- we certainly will be helping. We've been following that and watching it very very closely."

Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan ordered the closure of all government and private primary schools on Monday in view of the adverse weather conditions, the officials said. They said the decision was taken in view of the heavy fog which has been prevailing in the valley for the past few days. A thick layer of fog engulfed most parts of the valley for the fourth consecutive day on Monday, affecting the visibility and causing problems to the people, especially motorists.
Prasad said a total of "16,082 banking transactions with a value of Rs 22.98 crore were done in August and subsequently Rs 94 crore and then Rs 121 crore worth of transactions were done." He said there was no suspension of postal services in Kashmir post August 5.

The valley had been under restrictions after August 5, when the Centre revoked the special status to Jammu and Kashmir and bifurcated it into union territories.

Tourists can now visit Kashmir again. The government of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday ordered the restriction to be lifted Thursday onwards. Governor Satya Pal Malik has directed that the Home Department’s advisory asking tourists to leave the valley be lifted immediately. This will be done with effect from October 10.
Earlier on September 12, Bipin Rawat had said the army is prepared for an operation to retrieve Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) from the clutches of Pakistan if the government wants so.
A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and justices S A Bobde and S A Nazeer said as the so-called shutdown is in the valley itself, then it can be dealt by the Jammu and Kasmir High Court.
The senior Congress leader has also sought a nod from the top court to visit his family members and relatives.
Ashish Razdan, an organiser, said the Kashmiri Pandit diaspora across the globe had decided to observe this day as "Balidan Diwas" every year, wherever they live.
