JP Nadda said that Telangana CM Chandrashekhar Rao acted in frustration due to the BJP's win in a recent bypoll and the popular support the party has been receiving in the state.
The committee is headed by Shiv Pratap Shukla. Apart from him, it comprises Mahesh Sharma, Abhijat Mishra and Ram Bhai Morakiya.
