The court issued summons to both Lalu and Rabri in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) scam case.
The case relates to alleged irregularities in the allotment of contracts of two IRCTC hotels in Ranchi and Puri in 2006 to a private firm.
The case pertains to allegations that Lalu Prasad, as railway minister, handed over the maintenance of two hotels run by IRCTC to Sujata Hotels in return for a prime plot of three acres in Patna.
Special Judge Arvind Kumar directed the CBI to get the required nod till June 1 to prosecute Additional Member of Railway Board, B K Agarwal, who was then the group general manager of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC).
Lalu Prasad Yadav's son Tejashwi today appeared before the ED in connection with a money laundering probe in the railway hotels allotment corruption case.
