The case involved the 'indiscriminate firing' of police on a 2013 rally organised by the Hefazat-e-Islam, resulting in over 30 deaths. Sheikh Hasina, who is already facing mass murder charges in the case, has been booked under multiple cases since her departure from Bangladesh on Aug 5.
