On June 5 and June 6, Indian Railways have announced to resume 24 passenger trains that were earlier suspended.
"Candidates are hereby advised that further scheduling of examinations will be advised in due course once the restrictions imposed by various states are eased," RRB notification mentioned.
Divisional Railway Manager, Ranchi, Neeraj Ambastha said another engine was attached to the train after the accident and it was flagged off for Rourkela.
These include the Jodhpur-Delhi Sarai Rohilla special train, the Jodhpur-Indore special train, the Jodhpur-Barmer special train, the Jodhpur-Bilada special train and the Sriganganagar-Ambala special train, which will remain cancelled from May 19 until further orders
The recruitment drive will be conducted for 40 vacant posts. The application process will be closed on May 15 at scr.indianrailways.gov.in
According to NFR, a total of 31 trains have been cancelled with effect from May 12. Some trains are cancelled from May 13, 14 and 15
The Railway in a statement said that services of these special trains have been cancelled till further orders as Covid cases continue to rise in the country
The Railways has also made provision of two oxygen cylinders and fire extinguishers in each coach to meet emergencies and has also enabled directional guidance, ramp facility for patient transport at these coaches.
The train services were cancelled in the routes between Howrah, Kolkata, Dhanbad, others. According to the Eastern Railway statement, the following special train services are cancelled starting from May 7
In the united fight against the Covid, the Ministry of Railways has made nearly 4,000 Covid Care coaches with almost 64,000 beds ready for for use by states. At present 169 coaches have been handed over to various states for Covid care.
