Team India defeated England in the fourth Test in Ranchi by five wickets chasing down 192 runs thanks to brilliant partnership between Shubman Gill and Dhruv Jurel for the sixth wicket. With this win, they also sealed the series continuing their winning streak since 2013.
England are playing in their seventh Test series since the appointment of Ben Stokes as captain and Brendon McCullum as the head coach of the red-ball team. The Three Lions have won four series during their tenure.

If India go on to win the 4th Test in Ranchi, then it will be the first time England would lose a Test series after the appointment of Brendon McCullum as coach and Ben Stokes as captain of the red-ball team.
“To tell the truth, I don’t rue missing out on my hundred at all because it’s my debut Test series. In truth, I’m desperate to lift this trophy with my hands, because playing Test cricket was always a big dream of mine,” Jurel said after Day 3's play in Ranchi.
The veteran spinner Ravichandran Ashwin took five wickets and Kuldeep Yadav claimed four for 22 to bowl out England on 145 in the second innings of the fourth Test match in Ranchi to give India complete control on Day 3.
"I had to go back and rewire the way I had to think about the game. I am someone who comes over the top, and comes down on the ball. I like the ball to drop on the pitch," Ravichandran Ashwin told broadcaster after taking five wickets on Day 3.
Dhruv Jurel recorded his maiden fifty by smashing 90 off 149 balls as India added 88 runs to their first innings total on Day 3 before collapsing on 307 in the first innings. Shoaib Bashir took five wickets for England while Tom Hartley shone with three.

"I must admit it did cross my mind but it was not a great option as the wicket was keeping low unlike the previous wicket. I was desperate to get some runs for the guys and I was happy to do that today," Joe Root said after Day 2's play in Ranchi.
Joe Root remained unbeaten on 122 as England posted 353 in their first innings in the first session on Day 2 in Ranchi Test. Then spinners Shoaib Bashir and Tom Hartley shone on a cracked-up surface to put England ahead in the fourth Test match.
"We never doubted Joe, we just think if he gets couple of lowies, he's even more due than before, so we fully expected him to go out and get runs in this game. He deserves everything he gets, he works so hard at his game and he always comes good," Zak Crawley said after Day 1's play.
"I wasn't nervous, had spoken with my coaches, so I wasn't tense ahead of the game. I don't know how it happened, but I used to take every game as my last game and tried my best," Akash Deep said after Day 1's play in Ranchi.
After losing five wickets before lunch, Joe Root and Ben Foakes added 113 runs for the sixth wicket to charge England to a dominant position in the first innings of the Day 1 of the fourth Test match against India in Ranchi.
After failing to cross a 30-run mark in the first six against India in the ongoing series, the veteran Joe Root silenced his critics with an unbeaten century to single-handedly guide England to a potentially fighting total in the first innings of the Ranchi Test.
Ravichandran Ashwin recently became only the second Indian bowler after the legendary Anil Kumble to claim more than 500 wickets in the red-ball format of the sport. England opener Zak Crawley was his 500th Test scalp.
Akash Deep represents Bengal in the Indian domestic circuit and plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He is a right-arm speedster and has bagged 104 wickets in 30 first-class games.
England hold the aces after the end of day 2 of the IND vs ENG 4th Test. The hosts are 219/7 at stumps and trail by 134 more runs. Dhruv Jurel and Kuldeep Yadav have put 42 runs for the 8th wicket as they pose a fightback.
