Speaking ahead of Kosli MLA Laxman Yadav's nomination, BJP leader Rao Inderjit Singh highlighted South Haryana's role in CM Manohar Lal Khattar's previous electoral victories. Singh, with a strong base in Ahirwal, emphasized his influence in the region.
Earlier on Tuesday, AAP released its third list for Haryana assembly elections. The list contained the names of 11 candidates. So far, the AAP has announced candidates for 61 seats.
In her resignation letter to the state BJP chief, Santosh Yadav said that she was resigning from all the party posts as well as from the primary membership of the party. Voting on 90 assembly seats in Haryana will be held on October 5 and counting of votes will be undertaken on October 8.
