The negotiations between Congress and Janata Dal-Secular (JD(S)) are afoot in Karnataka. According to reports, speaker for the Karnataka Assembly will be from Congress. The local leaders, who are participating in the negotiations will most likely announce the name by the evening, reported ANI.
