Gyanvapi case: The court was hearing the petition on a plea seeking worship rights of the 'Shivling' that the Hindu side claimed to be found on the Gyanvapi mosque premises.
Gyanvapi case: Hindu side's advocate C S Vaidyanathan argued that for arriving at a logical conclusion, a survey should be conducted by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to bring out the prima facie truth.
Gyanvapi case: Interim order dated May 17, 2022 as clarified on May 20, 2022 to remain in operation till further orders. Ahmadi has stated he has no objection to the continuation of the interim order.
