While 198 out of the total 977 candidates of the first phase have declared assets worth more than Rs 1 crore, 199 nominees out of the total 851 of second phase have emerged as 'crorepati' .
In the first phase , around 2.12 crore voters will decide the fate of 977 candidates, including Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, who are trying their luck in these elections.
These organisations have alleged that the Congress is misleading the Patidar community in the name of reservations.
The opinion poll projects BJP to win 111 out of a total of 182 assembly seats, while the main rival Congress is projected to win 68 seats, with three remaining seats going to 'Others'.
