Gujarat polls 2022: CEC asserted that the Gujarat Assembly terms ends on February 12, 2023 and the Election Commission will decide dates for the elections after taking all aspects into consideration.
Gujarat Assembly Election: Manish Sisodia is campaigning for the party in North Gujarat. After addressing a public rally in Unjha town on Friday night, Sisodia told mediapersons that the party will announce the CM candidate at an appropriate time.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will contest all seats in Gujarat in the 2022 state Assembly elections, the party's national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said here on Monday.
The minister, who represents the Koli community that has a whopping 26 per cent population in the key Saurashtra region, called on Rupani and told him that it was a sentiment of his community to have a better say for him in the government.

Election Commission officials said the Bharatiya Janata Party, on course for its sixth consecutive win, had bagged 99 seats while the Congress had won 80 seats.
“If they (critics of EVMs) have anything to say, let them go to the court and prove it. There is no point talking about (criticising EVMs) in every election,” he said.
Echoing his party’s mood, Modi flashed a victory sign after he arrived in Parliament.
