During the last three visits, Kejriwal announced government-sponsored pilgrimage schemes, free 24/7 electricity and a job guarantee.
Talking about the assurances made by Congress, Rahul said, "My credibility is important to me. Unlike many other leaders, when I say something here, I will make sure it happens."
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will also interact with party workers in Goa today.
Gandhi gave this direction during a meeting of party leaders, which he chaired in New Delhi on Friday, Congress's Goa desk in-charge Dinesh Gundu Rao said in a statement.
Goa's 11 municipal councils and one municipal corporation will go to polls on March 20, State Election Commissioner Chokha Ram Garg said on Monday.
The BJP won 17 out of the 25 seats of the North Goa Zilla Panchayat, while the party has won 14 seats out of the 23 seats of the South Goa Zilla Panchayat body.
Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Kunal has directed government servants to refrain from getting involved in any poll campaign-related activities.
