"In the present case, the pregnancy is nine weeks old," the bench observed and maintained that a medical board constituted by it has opined that it can be terminated.
The matter came to light in Rampur after the accused uploaded the clip of the rape on social media.
The suspects also filmed the crime and uploaded the video on social media.
The accused, Sachin, is a resident of Kambakshpur in Noida and works as a private contractor, the police said.
The teenager was allegedly raped by five youths at Phulat village in Khatauli administrative area on Sunday and recorded a video of the incident.
The attackers, who were joined in by three others, then got into the car and beat up the man (male friend) and took the car to a farmhouse near Jagraon town, around 170 km from here.
The incident took place on Friday when the woman was alone at her residence in Kheri Firozabad village in Muzaffarnagar under Kakroli police station, they said.
On being informed about the incident police reached the spot and rushed the unconscious girl to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, they said.
They allegedly raped the woman in two separate places and then dumped her near the forest area with her hands and legs tied, said the woman in her FIR filed at Tihu police station.
The victim was recovered in half-naked condition and was possibly forced to consume liquor before being raped.
The landlord's son lured the girl by way of offering to buy a pizza, but took her to a room where three of his friends also joined them, a senior police officer said.
The two accused allegedly gangraped their female colleague on the pretext of dropping her home after work.
According to the police, the woman was abducted when she was returning home from her parlour and was gang-raped on Sunday.
When the father reached her home, he found her lying in an unconscious condition. After gaining consciousness, she narrated him the whole incident.
According to reports, the incident came to light when Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Dehradun Nivedita Kureti was tipped-off the incident and she ordered probe.
The alleged rape took place under Katghora police station limits on September 1, police said.
