Police detained Congress leaders who staged a protest after being stopped by police on their way to Raj Bhawan in Bengaluru on July 27. They were holding a rally from KPCC office to Raj Bhawan under the campaign 'Speak Up for Democracy'.
Congress leader and Former chief minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah has been detained by the police near Race Course Road in Bengaluru.
