Farmers' protest has entered its 20th day and they remain adamant on their demand to repeal the three new farm laws.
As farmers intensify their protest against the Centre's three farm laws, Union Minister Kailash Choudhary on Sunday said the government will soon decide a date and call union leaders for the next round of talks.
Sticking to their demands, farmer leaders Saturday said they are ready to hold talks with the government, but will first discuss repealing the three new farm laws, and announced further intensification of their ongoing protest against the legislations.

On Friday, the Delhi government had welcomed the protesting farmers as their "guests" and had made elaborate arrangements for their food, drinking water and shelter.
A day after the Railways resumed train services in Punjab, the farmers on Tuesday blocked the railway track at the Jandiala railway station in Amritsar district. Following the fresh blockade, the trains are being diverted.
The Railways had said on Saturday it would soon resume goods and passenger trains in Punjab after the farmers decided to allow the services and the state government communicated that the tracks were clear.
