At least 21 killed, over 70 injured in fuel pipeline explosion in Mexico

The explosion occurred in Sapporo, the capital city of Japan’s northern main island of Hokkaido.
The accident occurred at around 11:40 pm on Friday in a warehouse of Jiangcheng Machinery Company in Sanhe Township, Dongfeng County, leaving two people dead, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.
Police said the blast took place at a hardware store belonging to one Kamal Agarwala. “While Agarwala was seriously injured in the blast, a customer who was present in the store, died on the spot.”
Following the incident, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered the district magistrates and Superintendents of Police to inspect firecracker factories, transportation of firecrackers and their sale.
Intensity of the blast was so strong that people sitting in an adjacent cycle shop and some passers-by were injured in the incident.
Smoke was seen coming out from the place.

The blast took place around 11 am in the water tank of the berthed ONGC tanker Sagar Bhushan when some 20 workers were working in the tanker ship.
Taliban has claimed responsibility for the deadly attack, as per Afghan media.
