A devastating stampede at a satsang event in Fulrai village, Hathras, resulted in the deaths of over 110 devotees and left many others injured. Among the casualties, a policeman named Rajneesh suffered a heart attack after witnessing the scene at Etah District Hospital and died on the spot.
At least 14 people were killed and 28 injured after a mini bus carrying a marriage party lost control and fell into a canal in the wee hours of Friday in the Etah district of Uttar Pradesh.
