Gisele Pelicot, 72, said she was even raped six times by an individual who had tested positive for HIV and was infected by several sexually transmitted diseases. She was reportedly drugged by her husband Dominique Pelicot, who invited strangers via an online chatroom to rape her for almost 10 years.
Dominique Pelicot, 71, allegedly drugged his wife Gisele to nearly a state of coma and recruited dozens of strangers to rape her. He is currently standing trial along with 50 accused who can face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
