DU admission 2022: Under the spot round of seat allocation which started on November 20, more than 26,200 candidates have applied for around 14,000 vacant seats in undergraduate courses in DU colleges.
Delhi University news: The waiver includes all components of the fees paid by the students except the examination fee and the hostel fee.
The allocations will be done according to the availability of seats, programme-specific merit, order of preference of college and category.
DU's admission process, which began on September 12, is being conducted in three phases – application process, preference filling and seat allotment-cum-admission.

Students have said that even after they were allotted the college they had not paid the fees as the DU refrained them from doing so. The university asked them to wait for the payment.

As many as 59,100 candidates secured admission in DU's first round of seat allocations that concluded on the 25th of this month. Following the conclusion of the first round, the university displayed vacant seats for the second round.
DU UG admission 2022: The number of seats across DU colleges is 70,000, but the varsity has allocated extra seats in unreserved (OBC-NCL and EWS) and reserved (SC, ST and PWBD) categories in the first list, taking the number to 80,164.
Delhi University's first round of seat allocation concluded on Tuesday, with around 59,100 candidates sealing their admission to undergraduate programmes by paying fees.
The university will display vacant seats following the conclusion of the first round of the Central Seat Allocation System tomorrow. Thereafter, the candidates can opt to upgrade their allotted seats.
