Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and adjoining areas to receive thunderstorms with light to moderate rain in the next two hours, says IMD.
Delhi has recorded 14 rainy days this month so far, despite the delayed arrival of the monsoon on July 13, 16 days behind schedule.
The national capital will receive rains, accompanied by thunderstorm, in the next two hours, an update published by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) read at 3.33 pm Tuesday.

According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the Southwest Monsoon had reached the capital on July 13, which was 16 days behind the usual date of onset.
Delhi is expected to receive moderate rain during the day, while maximum temperature may settle around 34 degrees Celsius, it said.
The thunderstorms are predicted in the adjoining areas of isolated places of North Delhi, South-West Delhi, South Delhi, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, the IMD further said.
IMD department has issued an orange alert for July 26 and forecast a generally cloudy sky with moderate rain/thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds of the speed of 30-40 km/hr.
The IMD predicted light rains for several parts of the national capital
Incessant rainfall in the national capital led to waterlogging and traffic snarls on several road stretches, including ITO, Ring Road and Mathura Road, while a person drowned in a waterlogged rail underpass in Pul Prahladpur while clicking selfies.
The national capital received rain spells of varying intensity throughout the day. While Safdarjung received 38.4 mm rain from 8.30 am till 5.30 pm, Palam recorded 66.6 mm rain in the same duration.

A 27-year-old man died due to drowning while he was filming the waterlogging at a railway underpass in Delhi on Monday. The incident happened at a waterlogged railway underpass in Pul Prahlad Pur area, the Delhi Police confirmed.
Delhi Rains Update: Waterlogging has been reported in several areas like Palam, Pragati Maidan, ITO, Dhaula Kuan due to heavy rains since morning.
