Philippines landslide: The search operation has been hampered by poor weather and fears of more landslides. More than 1,100 families have been moved to evacuation centres for their safety, disaster response officials said.
Wajima city has recorded the highest number of deaths with 69, followed by Suzu with 38 casualties, while over 500 people were injured, 27 of them in serious condition. Additionally, more than 200 people still remained unaccounted for.
Heavy rains were forecast in the quake-hit areas on Wednesday raising fears of landslides, authorities said, which could further hinder efforts to free many more trapped under rubble. Access to the remote location of the hardest-hit areas has been complicated due to damaged infrastructure.
A total of 74 people have been rescued so far while 4,298 were evacuated, China's Ministry of Emergency Management said. It added that property worth over 15.3 million yuan (about $2.16 million) was also saved.
The victim had suffered over 70 per cent burns in the blast that occurred at a religious gathering on October 29 and was on ventilator support.
Nepalese Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal visited the affected areas in the country which suffered destruction and loss of lives late Friday night. PM Narendra Modi extended condolences on the deaths due to the massive earthquake which has so far claimed over 154 lives.
Kalaburagi road accident: According to SP Kalaburagi, A Srinivasulu, all five people died after a motorcycle collided with a truck near Balluragi Village in Kalaburagi District. Soon after the accident, the driver of the offending truck fled the spot and efforts are being made to nab him, he said.
The accident took place on October 29 causing coaches to derail which claimed several lives and injured numerous others. According to the Railways, all affected lines have been restored.
The staunch warning from Netanyahu came as the death toll on both sides reached 1600 on Monday. As per local media reports, around 900 people, including 73 soldiers, have been killed in Israel while the Gaza authorities accused IDF of attacking residential areas.

Thane building collapse: The single-storey building having six flats is located on Durga Road in Dhobi Talao area of Bhiwandi town collapsed at 12:35 am, Thane Municipal Corporation's disaster management cell chief Yasin Tadvi said.
Gujarat news: All the four persons, belonging to Lakhupara village in Mahuva taluka of the district, drowned, the police said. A search and rescue operation was launched and three bodies were fished out on Saturday evening, while one was found on Sunday morning, the official said.
