Every Monday there would be torchlight rallies in various wards and assembly constituencies of the hills from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the sake of 'Gorkhaland's revival.
A day after a 12-hour bandh called by the GJM for revival of Gorkhaland agitation, life limped back to normalcy here even the Army continued to patrol Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Kurseong towns.
