A case under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered against the accused. Meanwhile, the live-in partner is currently absconding.
In the video that went viral on social media, the Instagram influencer was seen driving the car with open door and also burning the police barricade for reels.
The accused Ramzan Mohammad Kuddus Shaikh (20) and his brother Azad Mohammad Kuddus Sheikh were allegedly involved in the killing of the 12-year-old boy in Navi Mumbai.
