The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Harsh Raj who was a student of BN College in Patna University. After being shot, the student was rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The accused and the deceased woman are both residents of Maharashtra’s Akola district. The accused was working in a private company and lived in a PG near Tikli village here, police said.
According to the police, the minor victim, and the juvenile were acquainted. She had gone to the government school in the Chintapadu village in Eluru's district Mandavalli mandal to take books.
