In the third phase of Covid vaccination, everyone above the age of 18 will be eligible to get vaccinated against Covid-19. As per a tweet shared by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, over 2.2 cr people registered for the third phase of vaccination on CoWin portal.

CoWIN server faces issues as people try to register for the COVID vaccine. Twitter handle of Aarogya Setu app tweeted "Cowin Portal is working. There was a minor glitch at 4 PM that was fixed. 18 plus can register."
CoWin and Aarogya Setu have begun COVID 19 vaccine registration for 18+. Before the registration began, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut in a Twitter video message urged all to get coronavirus vaccination.
