Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Monday announced that the government will receive over 30 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccines in October and over 100 crore in the next three months.
India took 85 days to touch the 10-crore vaccination mark, 45 more days to cross the 20-crore mark and 29 more days to reach the 30-crore mark, according to the health ministry.
Around 50,25,159 vaccine doses have been administered till 8 pm on Sunday, according to data from the CoWIN portal.
