Delhi property rates: Experts believe the solution lies in either rationalizing the circle rates or reclassification of colonies as per the prevailing trends and facilities.
Currently, a proposal for a change in circle rate has been sent to the Delhi Revenue Minister. Later, it would be placed before the Delhi cabinet for approval.
