The affidavits, submitted by the state government by police claim that no police officials went on 'dharna manch' where West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee sat to protest CBI action.
This is the third consecutive day of questioning for Kumar by the CBI and the second day for Ghosh, who was made to sit face-to-face with the Police Commissioner, on Monday.
Ghosh, who was arrested in November 2013 in connection with Saradha and Rose Valley chit fund scams and granted interim bail by Calcutta High Court in 2016, has also arrived in Shillong after the CBI summoned him.
