Captain Amarinder Singh had resigned as the Punjab chief minister last month amid a bitter power tussle with Punjab Congress chief Sidhu. After resigning, he had said that he felt “humiliated”.
The development came after Randhawa said that a probe would be conducted to ascertain if Pakistani journalist Aroosa Alam, who is a defence journalist of Pakistan has been visiting former Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh for several years, has links with the ISI.
